Matthew worked here for seven years but also spent part of this time in a workshop at the foothills of the marble quarries in Cararra, Italy. Here he learned to work in a wide variety of different stone and was exposed to many new influences. Matthew has now set up his own workshop in East Cork where he works on commissions and also towards exhibitions.
